Integrative Nutrition Approach

I’m a firm believer in the body’s ability to heal itself  using whole foods, targeted supplements, and mind-body therapies to treat the whole person- mind, body, and spirit.

Together, we will uncover deeper imbalances based on your lifestyle, eating behaviors, and health history to tailor a personalized plan that treats the root causes of your symptoms, prevents  and sometimes reverses diseases.

My down to earth style and ability to meet my clients right where they are, allow for open and honest conversation.  Every meeting includes practical culinary advice, recipes and meal plans.

I am inspired by my clients' success stories and honored to partner with them to live a symptom free life full of vitality.

Six Fun Facts about Me

My journey into the field of nutrition began while sailing and living aboard our 28 foot sailboat for over two years, storing and creating delicious meals without consistent refrigeration and limited storage.

The field of evolutionary biology is a big interest of mine and I use it as a lens, to understand human needs and behavior.

Daily meditation and yoga allow me to understand my inner workings and thoughts so that I may be a better servant to my loved ones, my community, and to my profession.

I have 2 adult children who inspire me on so many levels and who have a healthy relationship with food and their body based on role modeling and family dinners.

I am an avid cyclist, swimmer and runner, and co-create low key triathlons with my sports enthusiastic friends.

When I’m not working with you, I am learning more about nutrition in my passion areas, creating delicious food in my kitchen, or spending time outside skiing, hiking, or sailing.
